The flowers were ordered on December 4 for delivery on Dec 22. I had an e-mail on 12/22 confirming delivery. They were not delivered. On telephoning the store (from England), I was told that they had a shortage of drivers! There was no apology. The order was delivered the following day. The flowers missed the intended anniversary. A poor performance.
We are absolutely thrilled with the flowers! The florist went above and beyond by calling us to explain that the original flowers delivered weren’t up to their standards, and they asked for an extra day to source a better selection. The end result was stunning! Their attention to detail is impressive. I’ve been using them for the past 4-5 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this florist!
